Current Openings

Lending Manager

As Lending Manager, you'll lead a small, experienced team and work alongside them. You'll coach lenders, underwrite and approve consumer loans within your authority, and make the escalated and exception calls. You'll also keep an eye on production, portfolio quality, workflows, and compliance. We're looking for three to five years of consumer lending or underwriting experience, plus prior supervisory or management experience. Full-time and in-office.

Contact Center Representative II

The Contact Center is how most members reach Chief Financial. As a Contact Center Representative II, you'll take the harder calls: advanced account and loan maintenance, e-Services, card servicing, and escalated issues you can resolve yourself. You'll listen past the first question to find what a member actually needs. You'll also be the teammate others come to with questions. We're looking for one to three years in a credit union, bank, contact center, or lending environment.

Collector II

As a Collector II, you'll work with members who have fallen behind on a loan or an account. You'll talk through their situation, walk them through their options, and build payment arrangements they can realistically keep. You'll also handle the advanced work: credit reporting disputes, negative deposit accounts, repossession preparation, and accounts that require legal action. This takes someone who can ask for a payment and stay respectful doing it. We're looking for previous collections, lending, or financial services experience.

Member Services Representative- Oakland County

Our branches are where many members start their relationship with Chief Financial. You'll help members in person and by phone: deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, opening and maintaining consumer accounts. You'll also point them toward the products and digital tools that make managing money easier. Accuracy matters here, from balancing your drawer to following fraud-prevention procedures. We're looking for one month to one year in a credit union, bank, retail, or another cash-handling job. Full-time and in-branch, Monday through Friday, 8:40 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with rotating late nights and Saturday mornings.
